Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Nabreel collects, why, and what control you have. We collect as little as we can to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, when you created the account and last signed in.
• Sign-in data: one-time login codes (stored only as a cryptographic hash and expired after 10 minutes) and session records (a hashed session token, creation time, IP address and browser user-agent) so you can stay signed in and manage up to 3 devices.
• Usage data: for each successful editing job we record the time, the tool name, your account or an anonymous guest cookie ID, and your IP address. We use this to enforce daily limits and prevent abuse.
• Purchase data: order ID, plan, amount, currency and status. Card and billing details are collected by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), not by us.
• Cookies: a session cookie (if you sign in), a guest cookie for the free trial limit, and a language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Media you upload

Videos you upload to the editing tools, and the edited results, are processed only to produce your output and are deleted automatically after 30 minutes. We do not look at, share or train anything on them.

How we use data

To provide the Service, sign you in, apply quotas and Premium access, process purchases and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support and legal requests, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Email delivery provider (e.g. Resend) to send login codes.
• Payment provider / merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy) to process orders.
• Hosting provider where our servers run.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Retention

Login codes: deleted or invalid after 10 minutes. Usage records: up to 90 days. Orders: as long as required for tax and accounting. Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing support@nabreel.com from the address on your account. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA) you may have additional rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
