These Terms govern your use of Nabreel (the "Service"), available at nabreel.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a set of technical tools. Its editing tools process video files you upload (or that you saved through the Service) and return the result to you. Its link tool works like this: you give it a link to a publicly accessible web page, and it fetches the media files that page already makes available to any visitor, so you can save a copy. We do not host, index, curate or recommend any third-party content, and we do not store downloaded files beyond a short temporary cache (typically 15 minutes) needed to deliver them to you. Uploaded files and edited outputs are deleted automatically after 30 minutes.
You may only use the Service to download or edit content that you own, that you have the rights holder's permission to download, or that you are otherwise legally allowed to download (for example, content released under a licence that permits it, or a use that clearly qualifies as fair use / fair dealing where you live). You are solely responsible for how you use any file you obtain through the Service.
You must not use the Service to:
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being abused.
Free use is subject to daily limits shown on the site. Premium passes are one-time purchases for a fixed number of days (7, 30, 90 or 365). They do not renew automatically. Buying another pass while one is active extends your expiry date. "Unlimited" Premium use is subject to a fair-use cap (currently 200 link extractions and 100 editing jobs per day) to protect the Service for everyone. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC+8.
Payments are processed by our reseller / merchant of record (currently Lemon Squeezy), whose terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in USD; taxes may be added at checkout.
If the Service did not work for you, contact support@nabreel.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review a refund. When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding days are removed from your Premium pass.
Third-party platforms change often and may block access. We do not guarantee that any particular site, link, quality or format will work, and features may change. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We respond to notices of alleged infringement as described on our Copyright / DMCA page, and we may block links, content sources or accounts in response, including terminating repeat infringers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabreel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any claim arising from content you choose to download. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
